Gift vouchers

We offer a selection of gift vouchers, stay at the hotel and at the restaurant to offer. You can book your gift voucher by phone or email. The recipient can reserve the dates he wishes (subject to availability) and payment is to be made by providing us with a credit card number (VAD), or by sending us a cheque or on the spot. You can choose to offer the amount of your choice, or the hotel and/or restaurant service of your choice, to be chosen in the Rates and La Carte. On receipt of payment, we will send you the gift voucher by email or post. The gift voucher is valid for 1 year.

Our proposals Gift vouchers for accommodation with meals and drinks included:

- ALSACIAN STAY   265 € : one night for 2 people in a Classic room with breakfast, 2 menus of Alsatian specialities, aperitif, 2 glasses of wine, 1/2 bottle of water and coffee.

- SURPRISE STAY   310 € : one night for 2 people in Charme room with breakfast, gastronomic menus with aperitif, 3 glasses of wine, 1/2 bottle of water and coffee.

- GASTRONOMIC STAY   340 € : one night for 2 persons in a Privilege room with breakfast, gastronomic menu with aperitif, 3 glasses of wine, 1/2 bottle of water and coffee. We are at your disposal for any further information.

I-/ Definitions

The terms defined below will have the following meanings in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Gift Voucher: refers to the document containing the offer, the place, the validity number, the validity date and the description enabling the customer to take advantage of an offer within an Establishment. The Gift Voucher may be issued by post or digitally. Confirmation or follow-up can be sent by email notifications or SMS.
Gift Box: refers to the packaging within the framework of a postal consignment.
A Gift Box is composed of the following elements:
- A Gift Voucher with the description of the service offered (and present on the Website).
- A pouch in which the Gift Voucher is packaged.
In the digital version, only an email will allow you to print the Gift Voucher.
Hostellerie Schwendi reserves the right to add to the list of Gift Sets available for sale or to stop distributing them at its sole discretion and at any time.
Establishment: designates the company issuing the Gift Voucher, which is responsible for collection, invoicing, delivery follow-up, compliance of the service and all obligations relating to the offer.
Beneficiary: designates the person using the Gift Voucher.
Service: refers to the entire offer provided by the Establishment to the Beneficiary.
Customer: refers to the person who purchases a Gift Voucher, it being understood that the Customer may or may not be the Beneficiary of the service depending on whether it is for personal use or intended for a Beneficiary.
Party(ies): means the Customer and/or Hostellerie Schwendi.
Site: refers to the Site www.schwendi.fr
Personal data: refers to all information allowing, in particular on the Internet, to directly or indirectly identify a natural person (surname, first name, e-mail address).
Cookies: refers to small files sent to the hard disk of the User's computer in order to facilitate navigation on the Site and to propose the pages that best correspond to him/her when he/she returns to the Site.
